Dhammakaya Foundation is made-up of centers located around the world, with the goal of promoting inner peace through meditation. Close your eyes softly but not completely. Let all worries of the world go and simply clear your mind.
Feel your body is empty space. It is light and spacious. Create a feeling of happiness and joy from the mind. Now gently rest your attention at the center of the body.
If you find that your mind is wandering you may need a mental object to focus on you can envision a mental object such as a crystal ball, shining sun, or full moon.
If you find that the mind is still wandering you can repeat the mantra "samma-arahang" silently,
Do not entertain thoughts in your mind. Continue to gently imagine your mental object at the center of the body and repeat the mantra allowing the mind to come to a standstill at the center.
